By joining a study with Behapp, you're helping scientists understand how mental health shows itself in everyday life, and how treatments can be made better. This page explains what the app does, what it means for your privacy, and how to get started.

How it works
It starts with your consent.
Your study team explains the study first, and you decide whether to join. Nothing is measured before you've said yes.
You set it up together with your study manager.
Your study manager helps you install the app and enter your personal 8-digit activation code. It takes a few minutes, once. No account, no email, no name.
The app runs quietly.
It measures in the background while you live your life. Depending on your study, now and then it may ask you to answer a short questionnaire.
Your data becomes science.
Together with other participants' data, it helps researchers understand mental health better.
